Fruity White Tajinaste

Variety: 100% listán blanco that is harvested between 350 and 500 m of altitud Elaboration: In order to manage to keep part of the sweetness, the used techniques consists of interrumping the fermentation, lowering the temperature of the wine to 3ºC, being left part of sugars of the grape without fermenting. Our details: For the elaboration of wines, we made one double selection of the grapes; first in the parcel, during the grape harvest, and later in the table of selection with the entrance of the grape in the wine celler. Tasting: With a clean and shining aspect, we observe this target of clear yellow colour with greenish shades. An aromatic explosion of the exotic and tropical fruits gives form to the olfatory phase, being finally, after a sweet and slightly fresh taste, a balsamic sensation, with memories to mint and light notes to apricot and citruses. Around 6-7ºC it expresses its better qualities.
